Additional costs:
Snow Lion supplies its goods (Thangkas and statues) worldwide. Therefore customers sometimes may have additional costs. This may include different import duties, other taxes, etc. Not all costs, which may arise in different countries of the world, may be mentioned in advance. Compare the execution in § 1Abs. 2 Z. 2 of the German PAngV.

Customers contribute with 2% of their invoice amount to the PayPal fees, which Snow Lion has to pay.



Shipping restrictions:

Basically, we supply worldwide. However, there are countries with unreliable postal delivery (eg Nepal, Russia etc.). Snow Lion does not deliver to such countries. Snow Lion reserves the right to make its decision about it. In some countries, there may also be import restrictions of a religious or cultural nature, eg. In Muslim countries. Snow Lion also reserves the right of delivery to such countries.



Shipping service providers, delivery services:
Basically, we ship from Germany within Germany and the EU by German Post / DHL. Deliveries from Germany to outside the EU are made by DHL Premium. Deliveries of brocade frames are made from Nepal using international courier services, such as SkyNet or DHL Express.



Origin, Material:
All goods of Snow Lion are of Nepal origin. All Thangkas (Buddhist religious paintings) are hand-painted on canvas. Our statues are made of copper or bronze in the process of the "lost wax mold". For Thangkas and statues partly real gold is used.
